  Climate control at Extra Space Storage can help protect sensitive items from extreme temperatures. These units typically stay between 55 and 80 degrees year-round.

• Electronic Gate Access

  Extra Space Storage facilities with electronic gate access have a main gate or door that can only be opened with a code entered on an electronic keypad. Each customer is given a unique access code, allowing managers to see who's coming and going at all times.

• On-Site Resident Manager

  Extra Space Storage strives to provide a safe storage environment. That's why we have on-site resident managers! An on-site resident manager lives on the facility property to be available in case of an emergency and keep a close eye on our customers' units.

• Individual Floor Access

  Individual floor access is a security feature that only allows Extra Space Storage customers to have access to the floor their self storage unit is on. This security meausre helps our facility managers keep track of who is coming and going from the facility.
